We offer you a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects such as dial, mechanism and glass. To request the return of a product under warranty, please contact us with your name, address, order number and defect information, with the subject of the e-mail "Purchase complaint". We pay all shipping costs for product returns under warranty. However, if we find no defects on the watch, it will be returned to the consumer.

Please note that some changes and repairs will be charged even during the warranty period. This includes cosmetic changes resulting from normal use, damage caused by misuse, unauthorized third party intervention, modified or prescribed warranties, damage due to water, fire or natural disaster, lack of date of purchase or warranty of purchase sent with the watch.

In addition, we would like to inform you that changing the battery will be charged, even when the watch is under warranty. Likewise, parts such as the dial, hands, glass, case or strap may be replaced if the originals are no longer available.
