All WhiteHaven watches are 3 ATM resistant, which is equivalent to occasional splashes. They can withstand a few accidental drops of water such as a light rain or when you wash your hands. They will not resist if you bathe entirely, if you take a shower, or if you go to a sauna for example. Water damage inside the watch is not covered by the warranty.

Our Leather Bracelets are of very good quality and are certified.
Our Milanese Mesh Bracelets are made of 100% stainless steel.
Our Nato Fabric Straps are made from very durable fabrics.

Our Milanese Mesh Bracelets are made of stainless steel and of very good quality.
To adjust your Milanese Mesh Bracelets, you can follow our step-by-step instructions or simply watch the video.

Step 1: Find the right tool

Use a flat end tool to easily adjust your Milanese Mesh Bracelets.

Step 2: Lift the clasp

Use the flat end of the tool to lift the clasp.

Step 3: Slide the clasp

Slide the clasp to adjust the length of the bracelet as you want.

Step 4: Attach the clasp

Once the clasp is in the right place, use the tool again to close the clasp.

To clean a Nato Fabric or Milanese Mesh Strap: Separate it from the dial. Wash the bracelet with soap and water by gently brushing the bracelet. Wipe it off and let it dry.

For a Leather, Croco Leather, Plain Leather or Velvet Strap: WhiteHaven does not recommend washing these straps as water can damage them.

To wash your WhiteHaven watch dial, use a cloth or tissue as if cleaning glasses. Rub the dial, and your WhiteHaven dial is clean!
